If a group learns to use new learned techniques, the creative processes will be stimulated and more solution-oriented work will be done. Through sign language, blind glasses, semaphore alphabet and sports challenges such as the Para and Special Olympics, … we open a new dimension of ‘trust and cooperation’. After a Beyond the limits activity, people – groups often realise that not all available capacities are used efficiently, and there is still a lot of potential to be grasped.
Learning to make optimal use of your senses and daring to open up to new ways of communication are two behavioural characteristics that are well covered within this concept. It is a nice team test to see how much trust there is in each other, and it is also an activity with an impact – awareness on your professional and personal career.
