The Highland Games are known for their values: power – team dynamics and pride. That’s why we like to give everyone a Scottish outfit to up the experience factor. If the atmosphere is 100% Scottish, we analyze the physical abilities of the group in view of the actual interpretation. Very hard challenges (tug of war, pocket jump, barrel race,…) for groups with a physical orientation, more sophisticated challenges (sheep farming – with or without the real sheep – blowgun shooting, …) for quieter Scottish fans. Or a mix!
Highland Games is and remains one of V-Formation’s team building atmosphere creators. The unique atmosphere that blew from the North is very quickly transferred to a group, and often with impressive results as a result. Colleagues will carry this with them for a long time if all goes well! Complete your tribe.
