Efficiency during hunting is taught through axe throwing, and herding alpacas as a team is always on the menu of the Andes games (with or without the real alpacas!). We travel through the various countries where the Andes mountain range stretches, and teach your colleagues to empathize with a different culture. With our special alcohol glasses, we experience life as a South American who goes to work in the fields after too much “Pisco”, or we teach you to shoot potatoes with a catapult, playful but effective team experiences.

The Highland Games are known for their values: power, team dynamics, and pride. Therefore, we gladly offer everyone a Scottish outfit to enhance the experience. Once the atmosphere is 100% Scottish, we analyze the physical abilities of the group towards the actual implementation. Very tough challenges (tug of war, sack race, barrel race, etc.) for physically-oriented groups, refined challenges (sheep herding – with or without real sheep – blowpipe shooting, etc.) for calmer Scottish fans. Or a mix!

A team building with the theme “Eskimo Games” is a fun and challenging experience for all participants. This activity focuses on teamwork, communication, and creativity while teams play various traditional Eskimo games in appropriate clothing. Participants also come into contact with the language spoken by the Eskimos.

By playing these games, participants learn the value of collaboration, strategy, and adaptability. It is a unique way to improve team dynamics and get to know team members better in a fun and interactive way.
